GS2 Partnership is hiring multiple roles on behalf of a pioneering international management consultancy. This firm works at the intersection of business strategy and systemic change, helping some of the world’s most influential companies on their energy transition and decarbonisation journey.

We’re hiring across the following levels:

1. Manager – Lead client engagements, shape strategy, and guide project teams (£100,000-£120,000)
2. Senior Consultant – Deliver complex workstreams, collaborate with clients, and contribute to thought leadership (£80,000-£90,000)
3. Consultant – Support analysis, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery across high impact sustainability projects (£60,000-£70,000)

We’re looking for individuals who:

1. Bring a background in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or sustainability advisory.
2. Have experience working on projects across energy transition, decarbonisation or sustainable finance.
3. Thrive in fast paced environments and are motivated by purpose.
4. Have outstanding communication skills and a strong analytical mindset.
5. Are curious, collaborative, and committed to system level change.
