Multiple Entry Level Mine Site Based Roles - Mount Isa (NO FIFO)

Calibre Resourcing Solutions is a locally owned and operated company located in Mount Isa. We are one of the fastest growing companies within Northwest Region!

Due to substantial company growth and the award of new projects, we are currently recruiting for entry level mine workers for Surface & Underground Positions:

• Entry level labourers
• Servicepersons
• Nippers
• Administration
• Operators

Various Rosters and long-term positions available!

Currently, we have a number of vacancies for entry level mining roles on the surface & underground throughout the Mt Isa region. No previous mine site experience is required for these positions.

Some of the primary duties in these roles will be to work alongside operators and tradesmen, perform routine maintenance, participate in repairs and shutdowns, as well as any ad hoc tasks that arise throughout the shift.

Other duties include but are not limited to:

• Conducting minor & remedial maintenance
• Assisting with installation of ground support
• Mixing chemicals & reagents
• Removal of waste from work area
• General labouring
• Operation of vehicles / units on site

To be successful in these roles:

• Must hold a valid Australian Manual Driver's licence (with no restrictions)
• Ability to obtain a low risk medical and complete the required Training / Inductions
• Must be able to pass random D&A testing
• Must live locally in Mount Isa - FIFO is not on offer; candidates must be local to Mount Isa or be willing to relocate at their own cost ASAP
• Must have the ability to start ASAP
• These are entry level roles (not trade roles)
