Multilingual Human Resources Assistant (Fluent in French)

Location: Liverpool (Hybrid working – 2-3 days in the office per week, the rest remote)

Duration: 5 months (Flex)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (9am-5.30pm)

Pay rate: £27,000 per annum PAYE

An opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Assistant to join a team on an interim basis within a pharmaceutical company based in Liverpool.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Under general supervision, responds to employee or manager inquiries in accordance with established procedures.
  2. Supports inquiries and requests requiring deviation from standard scripts and screens.
  3. Liaises with either the Center of Expertise or HRBP when necessary, and escalates when needed.
  4. Maintains detailed and current knowledge of the company’s HR policies and procedures.
  5. Identifies escalation trends and opportunities for accomplishing new and different requests.
  6. Creates, monitors, and closes out tickets in the case management tool.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum C1 French is essential as the candidate will be managing France.
