Alecto Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Multi Utility Site Supervisor for a client who is a leading Civil Engineering and Multi Utility contractor.

Due to their continued growth, they are looking to hire an experienced site supervisor.

This site supervisor vacancy is a pivotal on-site leadership role.

Salary:
£50,000 - £60,000
Commercial Vehicle - Ranger Pick up truck
20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

The Role:

1. Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and coordination of large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
2. Supervise all on-site activities, including the work of subcontractors and trades, to ensure projects progress according to design specifications and contracts.
3. Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards to maintain compliance within regulations and company policies.
4. Monitor project schedules and work plans.
5. Perform quality control checks and inspections to uphold high standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role in large-scale construction or civil engineering projects.
2. In-depth understanding of construction processes, techniques, and safety procedures.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Competency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
5. Relevant certifications such as: SMSTS, CSCS.
