Full Time – 40 hours per week delivered on a rota basis between 08:00 – 20:00 Monday – Friday and 08:30 - 12:30 on a Saturday (2 Saturdays in every 14 weeks).
In this role, you will have use of a company van and fuel card.

Due to the continued growth of our In-House Maintenance Service, we are currently looking to add Multi Traders with knowledge and experience of dealing with damp and mould to help resolve customer enquiries and issues.
Reporting to a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be working in a Multi Trade role and will deliver a high standard of damp, mould, and remediation works alongside general Multi Trade tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, plastering, and decorating. This will include the application of industry-standard techniques and products to address damp and mould issues whilst stringently adhering to all policies, procedures, processes, controls, systems, required training, and record keeping. You will ensure that we operate in a safe, customer-centric, environmentally ethical, and accountable way and maximise your first-time fix rate.
