Multi-Trade Operative Working on Voids

Our client is looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative for a Bathroom and Kitchen contract in Sheffield. Experience in social housing maintenance is desired but not essential. Candidates will be multi-skilled and have a joinery bias.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform maintenance and repairs in bathrooms and kitchens.
2. Work on void properties to ensure they are ready for new tenants.
3. Utilize multi-trade skills to complete various tasks including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Experience as a Multi Trade Operative.
2. Joinery bias with multi-skilled capabilities.
3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
