Location: Camden, LondonPay Rate: £24 - £26 P/HJob Type: Contract

Are you a skilled tradesperson with experience in plumbing and general building maintenance? We are looking for a dedicated Multi Trade Plumber to join our team. This role involves a variety of repair, maintenance, renewal, and refurbishment tasks across different trades in both occupied and vacant housing properties, as well as other Council-owned premises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out a range of building repairs and maintenance tasks to the highest standards, following current regulations and best trade practices.

• Ensure all repairs are completed 'Right First Time' with a focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.

• Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining agreed quality standards.

• Support Camden's commitment to creating a thriving community by ensuring our properties are well-maintained and safe for residents.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Proven background in building repairs and maintenance, preferably within a social housing setting.

• Trade Knowledge: Strong skills in plumbing and a range of other repair works, including refurbishment and adaptations.

• Quality Focused: Committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent service.

• Problem-Solving Ability: Proactive and adaptable approach to handling repairs and maintenance challenges.

• Communication Skills: Ability to interact effectively with tenants, colleagues, and stakeholders.
