Multi Trade Plumber

Looking to recruit a Multi trade Plumber to join a leading property services company based around Tower Hamlets.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties.
• Undertaking a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work, including plumbing works, sinks, taps, showers, toilets, baths, etc.
• Able to carry out repairs outside of core trade, including remedial carpentry works, repair patching of plaster, and replacing small areas of tiles.

Requirements:

• Trade-related qualification (City and Guilds, NVQ Level 2, or equivalent).
• Must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence for 12 months (work van provided).
• Ability to use hand tools and operate small handheld plant equipment such as drills and breakers.
