Multi Trade Plumber

Looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Plumber to join a leading Property Services Company carrying out repairs and maintenance works around Croydon areas.

Responsibilities:

• Working to deliver the best quality service, you will carry out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties.
• Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include plumbing works, minor carpentry works, patch plastering, and painting.
• Update and maintain accurate paperwork including the use of PDA.

Requirements:

• Must have full UK driving license for at least 12 months.
• Trade-related qualification, city and guilds, NVQ level 2 or equivalent.
• Customer focused.
