- Carry out day-to-day reactive maintenance in social housing.
- Perform basic plumbing, joinery, patch plastering, and ground maintenance.
- Work in occupied properties.
- Previous experience working in a similar environment.
- Trade-related qualification (NVQ Level 2 minimum in either Joinery, Plumbing, or Plastering).
- Valid driving licence.
- DBS check will be required (costs will be covered).
Compensation: Weekly pay, with choice of PAYE / Umbrella.
