I am looking for a Multi Trade Operative to work for a highly established housing association in Ipswich and the surrounding areas. The role is a permanent position and will involve working in void and tenanted properties.

The Multi Trade Operative will receive benefits of:

The Multi Trade Operative will have:

• Qualifications in plastering or painting
• Experience working within social housing
• Full UK driver's license
• Trades background (specifically plastering and painting)

The Multi Trade Operative will be responsible for:

• Dealing with tenant enquiries
• Performing plastering, painting, and rendering duties
• Working in line with the company's vision of fixing repairs first time
