Job Title: Experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson Social Housing
Location: Lincolnshire
Salary: 30-35k

Client Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join their team and assist with the maintenance and improvement of social housing homes across Lincolnshire. This is a hands-on role that involves both larger projects, such as bathroom and kitchen fittings, and smaller repairs.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
2. Execute bathroom and kitchen fittings.
3. Collaborate with team members to ensure project completion.
4. Maintain a high standard of work and safety.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Proven experience in multi-skilled trades.
2. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
