Job description

Join our team and make a real impact! We're looking for a skilled Multi-skilled Plumber (Gas Qualified) to be part of an innovative and growing company in North Wales.

Location: North Wales
Hours: 40 hours per week, permanent position
Salary: £33,194 per annum (pay award pending)

Adra have recently formed a new Wales wide Materials Framework, Ffrâm24 for the supply of building materials to the public sector across Wales, the new framework is fully endorsed and supported by the Welsh Government and will replace the framework they currently have in place. The framework will run along the existing highly successful framework for the provision of a Managed Service solution for the supply of building materials and associated products which Adra manages. The Framework Regional Manager will report directly to the Head of Frameworks.

Responsibilities of the Role:
  1. Effectively organise time and resources to carry out multi-skilled repairs.
  2. Work with minimal supervision and coordinate with planners, supervisors, and service managers.
  3. Ensure tasks are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
  4. Adhere to Adra's service standards and Health & Safety policies.
  5. Use mobile working technology effectively.
  6. Attend pre-appointed work, meetings, and training as required.
  7. Conduct vehicle checks in line with Adra's fleet policy.
  8. Manage and replenish van stock efficiently.
  9. Complete necessary property surveys before and after work.
  10. Keep supervisors informed of progress and ensure maximum productivity.
  11. Maintain strong relationships with site personnel and subcontractors.
  12. Advise tenants on standard property maintenance and escalate any serious concerns.
  13. Ensure compliance with data protection laws and company policies.
Requirements:

General ability to communicate in Welsh and English, to include saying place names/Welsh first names, give and receive details, provide a bilingual greeting.
