Salary: £36 - £38k per annum

We have an exciting opportunity for a multi skilled plasterer to join a leading main contractor, renowned for delivering exceptional services and partnering with some of the largest social housing providers. As a multi skilled plasterer you will be responsible for all plastering tasks as well as minor repairs in other trades. This role will be located in Ealing and surrounding areas, but may cover areas of Brent and other North West London postcodes.

Responsibilities:

1. The primary focus of this role will be to undertake reactive day-to-day repair in resident's properties.
2. Achieve first time fix and deliver high standard workmanship.
3. Manage the resident's expectation and ensure to provide a follow-on service.
4. Maintaining and updating PDA devices with work schedules and key information, consistently providing excellent customer service and professionalism.

Requirements:

1. Previous Experience in reactive maintenance within the social housing sector.
2. Core strength trade background in Plastering, with skills in other trades.
3. A full UK driving licence as travel between properties is required.
4. Must have a City & Guilds or NVQ in Plastering.

Benefits:

The working hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday and our client also supplies a company van and fuel card.
