An established industry player is seeking a Multi Skilled Operative to join their Planned Works Team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to residents across Norfolk and North Suffolk. With a primary trade in Carpentry and Plumbing, you'll also utilize skills in tiling, plastering, and painting to ensure homes are well-maintained. The position offers a permanent contract with a starting salary of £32,505, progressing to £36,051, along with a company vehicle and numerous benefits. Multi Skilled Operative – Planned Works
Based in Norwich, but travel throughout Norfolk and North Suffolk will be required.
Full time (40 hours per week) – Monday to Friday.
Starting Salary of £32,505 with progression opportunities to £36,051 per annum depending on skills and experience.
Plus, Company Vehicle and additional earning opportunities through call out.
Permanent Contract.
About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Operative, with a main trade of Carpentry/Plumbing to join our Planned Works Team.
This role will work to help deliver an effective and efficient repairs service to our residents, working on occupied and empty homes in order to deliver our planned works programme, including Kitchen and Bathroom upgrades and Aids and Adaptations. You will ensure that repairs are carried out in a timely manner and to ensure a high standard of work to our properties.
This plays a key role in being responsible in providing an excellent service to our residents, so if you want to help make a difference to our residents, this may be the job for you!
