MULTI-SKILLED MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Location: DURHAM

Schedule: WEEK 1: THURSDAY, FRIDAY & SATURDAY 6AM - 6PM
WEEK 2: FRIDAY, SATURDAY & SUNDAY 6AM - 6PM

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

We are looking for a motivated Multi-Skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a market-leading food manufacturing company. Reporting directly to the engineering manager, you will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. You will be involved in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation.

With progressive training and development, this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team of engineers. The position will appeal to a strong engineer looking for their next challenging role within a secure and stable company.

Role Description

1. Providing both Reactive & PPM
2. Working on a variety of machinery including conveyors, chains, belts, etc.
3. Being involved in Project Work
4. Working in an industrial environment
5. Fault Finding both Electrical & Mechanical

Skills and Qualifications

1. Maintenance Experience
2. Mechanical Qualifications (Desirable)
3. Industrial Background
4. Fault Finding ability both Electrical and Mechanical
5. Food/FMCG/Packaging background
