Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 plus pension scheme and more

A salary of £36,000 - £40,000 (including shift allowance)

A specialist manufacturing business that supplies the FMCG market is looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician. The business has recently secured investment to help accelerate its growth and drive sustainable innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Run and maintain factory equipment and assembly processes, monitor and check the product quality, and document results.
Achieve maximum effectiveness of machinery and equipment by minimizing downtime and supporting the effective operation of the PPM system.
Ensure efficient production through maintenance of assets and assured technical capabilities.
Perform equipment setup, operation, equipment adjustments, and minor preventative maintenance tasks to meet all standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.
Work on high-speed machinery, conveyors, motors, FMCG machinery, drives, etc.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

Multi-skilled maintenance background - can be electrical or mechanical bias.
NVQ Level 3 qualification in an Engineering discipline is preferred.
Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
