The Role of the Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias), you will be responsible for maintaining the company's buildings, plants, and equipment at their Coventry facilities. This is a hands-on role that will see you working across a variety of electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring the smooth operation of the company's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Complete the site's Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programme
2. Attend and resolve breakdowns on plant and equipment
3. Oversee and manage external contractors on-site
4. Maintain building services in line with legislation and site expectations
5. Maintain EHS equipment and systems
6. Maintain detailed maintenance service records

What We're Looking For:

1. Time-served multi-skilled maintenance engineer with an electrical bias
2. Relevant experience in a similar role
3. Electrical background with knowledge of BS 7671
4. Understanding of hydraulic systems and compression moulding presses
5. Ability to fault-find on electrical and mechanical systems
6. City & Guilds, HNC, or ONC qualifications (desirable)
7. Forklift truck licence (desirable)
8. MEWP licence (desirable)
