Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – Commercial Office Building – Oxford Circus, London – up to £50,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Oxford Circus, London has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to be based on a commercial office in Oxford Circus, London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to step up in their career.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of work

1. Monday to Friday – 08:00 am to 17:00 pm

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
2. Emergency lighting tests
3. Control Panels
4. Changing Ballast
5. BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
6. Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
7. Maintain and update Log books
8. Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
9. Pumps, motors
10. Water flushing / temp checks logs
11. Boosted water pumps
12. Fire damper maintenance
13. Attending Client meeting
14. General PPMs
15. Control of sub-contractors
16. Permit to work system
17. Maintaining Site logbooks

Requirements

1. Electrically or mechanically qualified - Level 2 or 3
2. City & Guilds - 18th Edition
3. Job logic experience
4. Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
5. A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
6. Multi-skilled
7. Good communication skills
8. Client Facing
