Typical duties will involve:

1. Carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical equipment.
2. Diagnosing and resolving faults on robotic cells, conveyor systems, AGVs, and EMS systems.
3. Supporting continuous improvement (CI/Kaizen) initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
4. Collaborating with contractors on new equipment installations and ensuring compliance with HSE standards.
5. Working with PLC systems (Siemens TIA) and ABB robotics, making programming adjustments to improve performance.

Experience required:

1. HNC or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field.
2. Time-served apprenticeship covering electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems (NVQ Level 3 minimum).
3. Experience in PLC fault finding and programming.
4. Hands-on experience with robotics, automated systems, and industrial control systems.
5. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
