Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Electrically Bias
Day Shift 2 week pattern
Week 1 Thursday - Sunday (Apply online only)
Week 2 Friday - Sunday (Apply online only)
Salary £48,864 per annum


Are you a seasoned multi-skilled engineer within the FMCG space? If so, this opportunity might be perfect for you! We are currently seeking an individual with an Electrical bias to join a renowned FMCG company near to Saltash, East Cornwall.


Responsibilities:
  1. Efficiently repair various production machinery using both reactive and preventative maintenance techniques, including motors, control panels and various systems.
  2. Confidence with PLC fault finding.
  3. Demonstrate proficiency in both electrical and mechanical principles.
  4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  5. Collaborate with the production team to optimise equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  6. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and provide reports as needed.

Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in the FMCG sector.
  2. Relevant qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering (BTEC, HNC, etc.).
  3. Possession of an 18th edition or any additional electrical qualifications is highly desirable.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
