Salary: Up to £50,000
Shifts: Continentals (Days and Nights)

We are currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a leading manufacturing business based in Boston. This role involves working on a rotating shift pattern, including weekends, to ensure the smooth running of production.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting planned and reactive maintenance on a range of food production machinery
2. Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults
3. Working proactively to minimise downtime and improve efficiency
4. Adhering to health and safety regulations and company standards

Requirements:

1. Time-served apprenticeship or relevant engineering qualification
2. Strong electrical maintenance skills
3. Experience within a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment
4. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
