Job description

Pro-Resourcing Ltd is currently recruiting a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer on behalf of our client.

The position is full time, permanent.

Duties:

  1. Respond quickly to breakdowns and minimise downtime.
  2. Implement planning and scheduling of regular maintenance tasks.
  3. Support production operations across the business.
  4. Conduct preventive and reactive maintenance.
  5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  6. Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers.
  7. Manage spare parts inventory.
  8. Address emergency maintenance issues promptly.
  9. Utilise CMM software for task tracking and maintenance reports.
  10. Train operators on routine maintenance procedures.

Requirements:
  1. Hands-on Electrical/Mechanical experience.
  2. Proven experience in repairing production equipment (experience with dental manufacturing production is advantageous).
  3. Familiarity with CMMS.
  4. Experience in conducting PPM on assets.
  5. Confidence in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  6. Experience with repair and maintenance of CNC milling machines, 3D printers, 3D scanners, and furnaces.
  7. Experience in installing new equipment.
  8. Knowledge of G-code or Dental milling machines is a plus but not essential.

Salary: Up to £39,000 (Dependent on experience).
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm
