The Company

Our client is giving you the chance, as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer, to work for a company that supplies into the retail sector. You will work on a state-of-the-art site that is going to be seeing big investment into the company.

The Role

As a multi-skilled maintenance engineer, you will be responsible for:

1. Conducting both planned maintenance while also responding to breakdowns
2. Fault finding on electrical components within a control panel and reading electrical schematics
3. Carrying out mechanical work on components including chains, sprockets, motors, and rollers

Requirements

As a multi-skilled maintenance engineer, our client requires:

1. NVQ level 3 or equivalent in either mechanical or electrical engineering
2. Comfortable fault finding electrically and swapping out different mechanical components
3. Previous background in a manufacturing environment
