Multi-Skilled Maintenance Electrician – Chemical Manufacturing

Location: Leeds

Salary: £47,000 + Excellent Benefits Package

Shifts: Monday to Friday, Rotating 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm

Are you an Electrically Qualified Maintenance Electrician looking for a new challenge in a chemical manufacturing environment? We’re working with a well-established chemical manufacturer in Leeds seeking a skilled Multi-Skilled Maintenance Electrician to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a highly regulated, process-driven environment with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

The Role:

1. Electrical maintenance & fault finding on a variety of machinery and site equipment
2. PLC fault finding and troubleshooting
3. Working with motors, control panels, instrumentation, and automation systems
4. Supporting site projects and continuous improvement initiatives
5. Ensuring compliance with electrical safety regulations

What We're Looking For:

1. Electrically qualified (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, HNC/HND or equivalent)
2. Experience in a chemical, process, or manufacturing environment
3. Strong knowledge of PLC fault finding and industrial electrical systems
4. Understanding of health & safety in hazardous environments
5. Ability to work as part of a team and independently
