Are you an experienced joiner with multi-skill experience in plumbing and locksmithing who can work within a number of different teams? Are you someone who takes pride in delivering quality work and providing excellent customer services?
Our Property Maintenance team is expanding and we have an exciting new opportunity for a number of Multi-skilled Joiners to join the team in Wythenshawe.
We are looking for talented individuals who have the experience and technical knowledge for this busy role and who will be able to work well as part of our extensive property team to deliver the best possible service to our residents.
You will work with the team to provide a high-quality multi-skilled joinery maintenance repairs and replacement service.
What You Will Be Doing in This Role:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in joinery, must have experience of undertaking multi-skilled housing maintenance work, including plumbing and locksmithing, with experience of working in a building or construction environment. The ability to deliver a customer-focused service and willingness to undertake additional training when required is also essential.
Due to the nature of the role, a full driving licence is required.
