Job Purpose:
We are seeking a skilled Multi-Skilled Engineer with an Air Conditioning (AC) bias to join our team, supporting high-profile retail and bank clients. The role involves the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of AC/HVAC systems, as well as performing general maintenance tasks to support the team. This is a mobile, field-based position covering Leeds and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance on HVAC/AC systems.
2. Carry out fault diagnosis and repairs on air conditioning and electrical systems.
3. Conduct general maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing and toilet in-blockages.
4. Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota (additional remuneration).
5. Ensure all work-related documentation is completed accurately and on time.
6. Support contract mobilisation and change management.
7. Proactively maintain equipment and resolve issues efficiently.
8. Work in compliance with statutory and health & safety regulations.
9. Deliver excellent customer service, keeping clients informed on the progress of work.

1. Experience in maintaining, testing, and fault-finding on HVAC and AC systems is essential.
2. Refrigeration or Air Conditioning Qualification (NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds 7189/6090, F-Gas Category 1).
3. At least 5 years' experience in a service (not installation) role, with expertise in commercial AC systems.
4. Knowledge of electrical systems (C&G 236, BS7671, C&G 2391 Electrical Testing preferred).
5. Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to maintenance.
6. Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Full UK driving licence (required).
9. Ability to work at height and lift up to 20kg.
