Multi-Skilled Engineer
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (rotating days and nights)
Location: King's Lynn

Your role:

  1. Supporting site operations with high-quality engineering expertise.
  2. Performing planned preventative maintenance and responding to breakdowns with efficiency and precision.
  3. Driving continuous improvement across all site assets.
  4. Taking part in performance reviews, line performance updates, and control meetings.
  5. Recording work using our computerised maintenance system.

What they are Looking For:
  1. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in both Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
  2. Strong fault-finding skills with knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLCs.
  3. Confidence using IT systems to log maintenance work.
  4. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, flexible mindset.
