What You Will Do:

1. Perform reactive breakdown repairs to minimize downtime.
2. Carry out planned preventative maintenance to ensure machinery runs smoothly.
3. Accurately and promptly record all maintenance activities.
4. Work on improving equipment reliability and eliminating recurring faults.
5. Maintain "audit ready" records at all times.
6. Continually seek ways to improve future processes and machinery efficiency.

What You Will Bring:

1. Proven experience as a multi-disciplined Engineer, ideally within the food or FMCG industry.
2. An electrical bias with a solid foundation in mechanical knowledge.
3. Completion of an Engineering Apprenticeship or qualifications at Level 3 or equivalent.
4. A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintenance.
5. A commitment to maintaining high quality and food standards.
