Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for an Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer will be responsible for:

1. Ensuring all preventative maintenance is completed along with delivering building fabric services.
2. Performing minor electrical, plumbing, painting, and patch repairs.
3. Ensuring all documentation is completed to the required standards.
4. Providing a building fabric maintenance and repair service.

To be successful for this Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer role you must have:

1. A background in facilities or mobile maintenance within the building services sector.
2. A demonstrated level of general engineering knowledge and an electrical qualification.
3. IT literacy for completing work records.

Desired but not essential qualifications:

1. IPAF 3a/3b
2. Fork lift
3. Legionella Awareness
