• Job Title: Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer
• Salary Package: £57,000 + Bonus, Overtime and Package - £60k++
• Job Type: Permanent
• Rotating Monday to Friday, NOT 12 HOUR SHIFTS
• Electrical bias, ideally dual-skilled
• Client: Global Manufacturing Company
• Location: Reading area - commutable from Oxford area, Basingstoke, Maidenhead, Andover, Swindon etc.

Key Responsibilities – Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer

• Service, adjust, and repair machinery and equipment using the necessary tools safely.
• Ensure continuous production by eliminating downtime through a logical approach to fault finding and maintenance.
• Work on various types of equipment, including complex hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical/electronic control systems.
• Examine machinery and equipment, report on condition, performance, and plan for improvements.
• Carry out planned and preventative maintenance to agreed schedules.
• Share innovative ideas to form mini-projects to improve plant performance.

Qualifications & Requirements - Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer

• Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Maintenance or similar.
• HND or HNC diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Good working knowledge of electrical engineering.
• Equivalent qualifications in electrical or mechanical fields, preferably with a manufacturing background.
• Ideally, manufacturing industry experience.
