£42,000 - £48,000 per year

We are looking for a motivated Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a market leading manufacturer in their respective field. Reporting directly to the engineering manager, you will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. You will be involved in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation. With progressive training and development, this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team of engineers. The position will appeal to a strong engineer looking for their next challenging role within a secure and stable company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform installation, fault diagnosis, and repair of equipment.
  • Carry out both preventative and reactive maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Work safely and follow all standard work procedures, permits, and safety guidelines.
  • Procure and manage spare parts and liaise with suppliers.
  • Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with site regulations.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
  • Strong experience in maintenance of CNC machine tools, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience required.
