Multi Skilled Carpenter

Looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Carpenter to join a leading Property Services Company to undertake Repairs and Maintenance works around St Albans areas.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties.
• Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include carpentry/joinery, remedial plumbing, tiling, external fencing etc within a social housing setting.
• Work efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve excellent customer experience.

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence as company van will be provided.
• NVQ 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade.
• Strong Health and Safety knowledge.
• Experience of working in both occupied and void properties.
