Job Title: Multi Skilled Bodyshop Technician

Location: Peterborough, PE2

Salary: Up to £19.00 per hour (Depending on experience and Qualifications) +
opportunity to earn up to £1,050 monthly bonus which equates to Up to

Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week - No Weekends

Full-Time, Permanent Position

They are now looking for a Multi Skilled Bodyshop Technician for their Accident Repair bodyshop in Peterborough.

About the Job

1. Carrying out a variety of aspects within an Accident Repair Bodyshop
2. Vehicle Paint Spraying
3. Panel Beating / Strip and Fit (MET)
4. Planning work and ordering parts

Skills and experience required as a Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Technician:

• At least 2 years experience as an automotive Panel / MET / Paint
• ATA/ NVQ certification is advantageous but not essential
• Experience in Paint Spraying / Panel Beating / MET Strip and Fit
• Plan your workload effectively to ensure vehicles are ready to agreed timescales
• Work skillfully and safely under pressure
• Carry out work in accordance with manufacturers specification
• Work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision
• Be flexible in your approach
• Continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind
• You will ensure that all tasks carried out follow our Health and Safety guidelines; for example, wearing all provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and keeping all work areas clean and tidy.

Ideal candidates will have experience in Panel, Paint and MET but our client will also consider candidates who have experience in 2 out of these 3.

Candidates must also have a full and valid driving licence.
