Job Highlights:

Location: TOCA Social, The O2, Peninsula Square, SE10 0DX & Westfield White City, London, W12 7GF

Reports to: Hospitality Manager

Hours Required: Full Time. Candidates must be flexible to work evenings and weekends.

The dynamic role of a Multi-Venue Steward Captain means no 2 days are the same at TOCA Social! You are responsible for upholding high hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times across our London Venues.

Role Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of all guest and teammate areas whilst supporting seamless operations and experiences for all
  • Ensuring all public spaces and bathrooms look their best at all times, including (but not limited to) clearing, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and sanitising
  • Being hands on and spotting when support is needed, taking the initiative to provide this to enhance guests experiences and to support your teammates
  • Managing teammates to TOCA Social standards, meeting targets and ensuring all teammates are shift ready
  • Supporting leadership teams and various departments when necessary, being a hands-on team player
  • Coaching teammates on meeting our expected hygiene standards
  • Providing constructive feedback when appropriate - escalating any issues to the venue leadership team
  • Ensuring teammates receive a proper induction and any training necessary
  • Assisting with TOCA Talents events
  • Owning sections/departments at popular times.
  • Developing other teammates skills for future career progression and knowledge sharing
  • Leading new opportunities/initiatives, encouraging teammate support
  • Encouraging teammate best practice to meet the TOCA Social standards at all times

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A confident and outgoing team player with 1-2 years supervisory experience within hospitality
  • A punctual and reliable individual with a great attitude and work ethic!
  • The ability to thrive under pressure whilst maintaining a can-do and guest first attitude
  • A hands on individual who’s willing to support the team and venue leadership
  • Someone passionate about developing themselves and teammates to deliver outstanding experiences
  • Flexibility to work across evenings and weekends
  • A willingness to support teammates across the venue and in varying departments where necessary
  • Individuals with a vibrant presence on the venue floor and are ready to support teams where needed, maintaining a warm and friendly manner at all times.
  • A quick learner with the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Passionate about delivering top quality experiences
  • A willingness and desire to make people happy and deliver genuine and memorable experiences
