Multi-Site Marketing & Brand Alignment Lead

We are excited to be recruiting for a Multi-Site Marketing & Brand Alignment Lead. This is a hybrid position.

Location: The role will cover sites in HP11 2JZ, HP21 8PD and GL50 2RH, so easy access to these is a must.

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday with 2-3 days on sites or 2-3 from home - there is flexibility around that and the demands of the business.

Salary: Up to £39,000 per annum with a £1,000 annual performance-based bonus.

Job Overview: In this role as Multi-Site Marketing & Brand Alignment Lead, you will be required to spearhead branding, promotional, and customer engagement efforts across multiple client sites. This role is integral to developing and maintaining a strong brand presence while ensuring consistency across various locations. The successful candidate will drive marketing initiatives, create compelling brand strategies, track and report on performance, and collaborate closely with current and prospective clients to develop new brands following contract wins.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead brand strategy and marketing efforts across multiple sites, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with Gather & Gather’s vision.
  2. Develop and manage marketing collateral, artwork, and promotional materials for each seasonal park and any other business requirements.
  3. Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales performance, engagement rates, and marketing effectiveness, to optimize campaigns.
  4. Work closely with new clients post-contract wins to develop unique and distinctive brand identities.
  5. Support the head of university brand to collaborate with Sales Teams, Operational Managers, and Food Teams to ensure strategic alignment of branding and marketing efforts.
  6. Create and execute compelling marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
  7. Manage internal communication channels and oversee visual identity across all touchpoints.
  8. Drive engagement through digital and offline channels, including social media, local press, transport advertising, and influencer collaborations.
  9. Conduct brand workshops with clients at the tender stage, guiding them through the development and finalization of brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
  10. Continuously review and refine marketing strategies based on data-driven insights and business objectives.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in a senior marketing, branding, or design role, ideally in a multi-site or hospitality environment.
  2. Strong understanding of brand strategy, visual identity, and marketing campaign execution.
  3. Proficiency in marketing analytics and the ability to interpret data to improve marketing effectiveness.
  4. Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and creative teams.
  5. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  6. Experience in running brand workshops and developing comprehensive brand guidelines.
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  8. Knowledge of digital marketing trends, social media management, and engagement strategies.
