Job description

A great opportunity has arisen for a Multi Trade Plumber to join a Housing Association on a permanent basis, with a salary of £34,000 per annum. This role will cover the Havant area. The successful Multi Trade Plumber should be available on short notice, have social housing experience, and possess a driving license, as a company van and fuel card will be supplied.

Multi Trade Plumber Duties:

1. Carry out a range of multi-skilled plumbing, tiling, and wet trade repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, both voids and occupied.

Requirements:

1. Ensure works are completed to a high standard within given time frames.
2. Carry out works allocated by appointments.
3. Have a valid UK Driving Licence.
