The Role:

As a Multi-Modal Manager, you will play a key role in expanding the client base, managing accounts, and ensuring the highest levels of service. You will also contribute to the growth of the team and help drive the success of multi-modal freight operations, with a strong focus on deep-sea shipping.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients while ensuring exceptional service levels.
2. Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding the customer base.
3. Team Growth: Assist in building and developing the team to support business expansion.
4. Multi-Modal Expertise: Ideally, you will have experience across multiple modes of transport, with a particular focus on deep-sea freight.
5. Operational Efficiency: Oversee freight forwarding processes to ensure smooth, cost-effective, and compliant operations.
