Multi-Modal Export Coordinator – Hybrid

Manchester

Monday – Friday 09:00am – 17:30pm

Want to join a leading global logistics company?

Our client is looking for an experienced Multi-Modal Export Coordinator to join their Manchester team and play a key part in managing air and ocean end-to-end operations for their valued clients.

Main Duties:

  • Managing ocean and air operations from start to finish.
  • Managing existing and new client accounts, creating potential leads and following them up.
  • Completing custom entries when required.
  • Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and documentation requirements.
  • Communicate with carriers and vendors to schedule shipments and resolve any logistical issues.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the shipping process.

Requirements:

  • Must have 2 years’ experience doing ocean or air exports within a freight forwarding company.
  • Customs clearance experience – post Brexit.
  • Experience using logistic systems e.g. Cargowise.
