MRICS Building Surveyor

A creative and growing consultancy based in London are now seeking a talented and motivated MRICS Building Surveyor to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated MRICS Building Surveyor to work in a small, collaborative environment with a varied and interesting portfolio of projects.

Responsibilities for the MRICS Building Surveyor

1. Conducting detailed building surveys
2. Preparing reports on building conditions
3. Advising clients on building regulations, compliance, and maintenance.
4. Managing refurbishment projects from inception to completion.
5. Assisting with dilapidations, party wall matters, and other property-related disputes.
6. Providing expert advice on building pathology and defect analysis.

Minimum Requirements

1. MRICS
2. BSc/MSc in Building Surveying
3. Exposure to Residential, Commercial or Heritage sectors
4. Strong communication skills and client-facing experience.
5. Ability to manage your own workload and work independently.
