We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to operate a magnetic resonance scanner, creating images that enable our physicians to make informed decisions about patient care in our state-of-the-art facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a magnetic resonance scanner to obtain high-quality images used by physicians for diagnosing and treating medical conditions.
• Select appropriate imaging techniques and effectively operate the scanner's console and peripheral hardware.
• Enter and monitor patient data, ensuring accurate and complete records.
• Transfer images from disk to magnetic media to produce transparencies for medical evaluation.
• Develop film in an automatic processor to provide timely results for medical professionals.
• Rely on your experience and judgment to plan and accomplish imaging goals.
• Perform a variety of tasks related to MRI operations.

Qualifications:

• Completion of two years post high school training in an approved school of radiologic technology.
• Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (A.R.R.T.) or with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
