Our Head Waiters/Waitresses are hardworking, dedicated and strive to deliver the superior level of customer service that we are known for. Responsibilities & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Waiter or Shift leader role.
• Supervise and lead the waiters/waitresses to ensure impeccable service standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to guarantee smooth service flow.
• Guide the team on menu offerings, wine pairings, and service techniques.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with professionalism.
• Uphold MR PORTER's commitment to excellence in every aspect of the dining experience.
• Extensive knowledge of fine dining service etiquette and standards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment.
• Living in London (flexible with commuting).
• You have your UK Visa / Work Permit to work in London.
