Moulding Technician

What You Will Do:

1. Provide hands-on technical support to the production team, including tool changes and machine setting.
2. Organise and lead the shift production team to meet and exceed output requirements.
3. Train operators using standard operation instructions and operating procedures.
4. Maintain quality and safety standards, instigating containment and corrective actions in the event of non-conformance.
5. Continuously strive to eliminate and reduce waste within the manufacturing process.
6. Control and collate product quality and process control data, ensuring daily production plans are achieved.

What You Will Bring:

1. Basic computer literacy and a minimum of 3 years injection moulding setting experience.
2. Demonstrable aptitude for moulding machine troubleshooting.
3. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
4. Previous supervisory experience of production operators.
5. A proactive attitude towards personal development and skill acquisition.
