Please Note: This role attracts a 30% shift allowance.

You will be responsible for:

1. Setting and optimizing the injection moulding process to achieve the best processing conditions.
2. Fault finding and troubleshooting of development and production processes.
3. Maintaining departmental records and reports.
4. Providing support to tool design function when required.
5. Providing support to production when required.
6. Identifying and arranging for rectification of defective equipment.
7. Deputizing for assistant manager in his absence.
8. Assisting and developing colleagues within the department.
9. Ensuring the department fully complies with current Health and Safety Regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
10. Carrying out any reasonable tasks which fall within your capabilities.
