Motorcycle Technician

Do you know your way around a motorcycle? We’re looking for an experienced and self-sufficient Motorcycle Technician to join our team at SuperBike Factory. If you’re ready to take on a role where no two days are the same and you’ll be exposed to every make and model under the sun, we want to hear from you.

• Variety: Work on everything from classic cruisers to the latest superbikes. With no brand exclusivity, your expertise will grow faster than ever.
• Challenge: Take on all levels of mechanical work, from diagnostics and servicing to engine rebuilds.
• Independence: Run your own ramp, manage your workload, and work on your own initiative.
• Development: Build your technical skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

• Diagnose & Repair: Identify standard and complex faults and resolve them efficiently.
• Service & Rebuild: Perform routine maintenance, strip, fit, and replace components, including major engine work.
• Meet Deadlines: Keep to schedules, ensuring customers get their bikes back on time and in top condition.

• Experience: Proven track record as a Motorcycle Technician—this isn’t a training role, so you’ll need to hit the ground running.
• Attention to Detail: Spot issues others might miss and take pride in getting it right the first time.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Confident tackling tricky repairs and finding innovative solutions.
• Passion for Bikes: You live and breathe motorcycles, and it shows in your work.
• Drive: Ambitious and motivated to deliver outstanding results.
• Licence: A valid motorcycle licence would be a big plus, but it’s not a deal-breaker.

We now have 6 sites across the UK. Our head office is still in Macclesfield, but we’ve expanded to Donington Park, Bradford, Bristol and Milton Keynes and Crawley employing around 300 people along the way with plans to expand even further.
