Motorcycle Sales Executive, Sytner Motorrad Warwick

Sytner Warwick are excited to offer a Permanent Motorcycle Sales Executive role with a basic salary of £20,000 and the potential to make a generous commission. Our Motorcycle Sales Executives really are at the heart of ensuring that we deliver first class customer experiences to every customer that visits one of our dealerships. Joining us as a Motorcycle Sales Executive means you will be the key point of contact for our customers during this exciting experience of buying their bike, so it’s crucial you get the service right first time and every time.

About the role

Sytner Motorrad Warwick have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from some form of customer service or sales background. As a Motorcycle Sales Executive, you will be responsible for looking after customers throughout the entire sales process; this will include maintaining contact with the customer, managing sales appointments, organising and assisting with test drives and rides, ensuring excellent customer service, and upselling additional items that are best suited to each customer's unique needs. You will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs, on their journey to buying a new or used bike. Sytner Motorcycle Sales Executives work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

On top of your salary and very achievable OTE of £37,330, you will also benefit from a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted Gym membership and discounts with popular high street retailers.

About You

You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. A full and valid UK driving licence will also be of benefit. Please note you may be asked to attend an assessment centre.
