SuperBike Factory has expanded, and we’re excited to have recently opened our newest location in Crawley. As a Motorcycle Processing Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every bike we sell is showroom-ready and that our customers have a bike-buying experience they really enjoy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Delivering exceptional face-to-face customer service at bike collections.
2. Performing pre-collection checks to ensure motorcycles meet our high standards.
3. Cleaning and preparing bikes to perfection for customer handovers.
4. Coordinating with the sales and workshop teams to ensure a smooth collection process.
5. Booking motorcycles into stock and managing showroom displays.
6. Photographing motorcycles to showcase them for online sales.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Customer Service Experience - You thrive in customer-facing roles and create positive interactions.
2. Attention to Detail - You have a keen eye for ensuring every bike is flawless.
3. Communication Skills - You’re great at liaising with both customers and internal teams.
4. Motorcycle Enthusiasm - While basic knowledge of bikes is beneficial, a passion for motorcycles is essential!
5. Adaptability - You’re flexible and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
6. Basic IT Skills - Confident with booking and tracking systems.

Working Hours: You’ll work every other weekend, with time off during the week to keep your schedule balanced.
