Given the scope of this company’s insurer partnerships, we have numerous opportunities available for Motor Claims Handlers across various disciplines, including Third Party and Accidental Damage (Private or Commercial / Motor Fleet), Personal Injury, and Credit Hire. You’ll be handling claims via delegated authority in line with partner agreements, using your technical expertise and negotiation skills to secure the best outcomes for all parties. As this position is fully remote, it is important that you are competent, able to establish liability, and capable of managing a busy caseload. Additionally, you’ll need to be well-organized with first-class customer service skills.
