We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Insurance Account Handler to join our busy motor trade team within our Insurance Broking business. Due to continued success and growth of the business, we are looking for an experienced Insurance Broker to be part of our team and help drive our business forward. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Insurance Broker who is looking to develop their career and wants to be part of a driven and motivated team.
You will be responsible for offering first-class service and helping maintain and build relationships with our new and existing customers. As an Insurance Broker, you will work with our customers during the full cycle of insurance, from New Business to Servicing and Renewal of the policy. We take pride in providing high standards of service to our customers and use our insurance expertise and markets to ensure that the customer feels that we understand their business and meet their insurance demands and needs.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years experience working within Motor Trade Insurance
- Genuine desire to improve team & individual performance
- Great people skills, can build strong relationships with both internal and external customers
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative and customer-focused environment
- Strong PC skills, confident in using systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organization skills
Desirable Skills
- Experience in writing and servicing multiple classes of SME/Commercial insurance using various insurer portals
- Attention to detail with experience in presenting/creating risk presentations for internal/external customers
- Firm understanding of FCA regulations imposed on Insurance Intermediaries
- Desire to develop and is CII Certified or working towards
