Solicitor – Motor Fraud – Birmingham – Up to £50,000 + Generous Bonus Scheme

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Top Tier Legal 500 firm within their market leading counter-fraud team in Manchester.

They are seeking to appoint an experienced Solicitor to work alongside its existing team dealing with their own caseload of litigated delegated and non-delegated motor fraud files.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year’s experience as an RTA Fraud handler with sound knowledge of litigation, the CPR Rules, and Court procedures is also expected.

Great opportunity for someone who wants to move to a firm with fantastic progression opportunities working within a supportive team.

The Candidate

• Experience handling a litigated RTA Fraud Caseload
• Sound knowledge of litigation, the CPR Rules, and Court procedures
• Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
